
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted after 48 hours from reservation.
- If requested within 48 hours, EGP 200 will be deducted.
- No refunds permitted after the course starts or for extra payments.
Event Ticket Refund Policy
- All ticket sales for events, conferences, or workshops organized by YDA for Medical Services Academy are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances after the ticket has been purchased.
- Once the ticket is purchased, the participant agrees to these terms and understands that the purchase is non-refundable.
Payment Terms
- Reservation is confirmed only after paying the non-refundable down payment and completing registration.
- Remaining fees must be paid on time.
- If payment is delayed more than 5 days, a 10% late fee applies.
- YDA can cancel your enrollment without refund or reschedule.
- For short courses (6 days or less), full payment is due by day one.
- Late payment leads to cancellation without refund.
- If you miss a group discount payment, the full price will be charged.
Course Attendance Certificates
- Certificates are given at the end of the course.
- They include hours and course summary.
- Attendance is based on YDA records.
- Lost certificates can be replaced for EGP 200.
- ADA certificates cost $30 and take up to 60 days.
- Each person gets one certificate per course.
Reschedule and Absence
- You can reschedule only after full payment.
- Request must be at least 7 days before the course starts.
- Only one postponement is allowed.
- If absent again, a new request is needed and no more postponements allowed.
- You must suggest 3 months for rescheduling. Final date will be confirmed 2 weeks in advance.
- Clinical sessions can't be postponed.
Clinical Training – Special Terms
- You must have a valid license and be registered with the Dental Syndicate.
- YDA isn't responsible for any procedures done without supervision or outside the approved setting.
- Missed clinical sessions can't be rescheduled or refunded.
- Training is not transferable.
Unexpected Events & General Provisions
- If the lecturer is sick, has an accident, or faces an emergency, the academy can reschedule the course.
- Participants will be informed at least 14 days in advance.
- Alternative dates will be offered.
- If the assigned lecturer becomes unavailable, YDA for Medical Services Academy will appoint another qualified expert with comparable credentials and deliver the same academic content.
